SCAC Presents President's Cup to Florence County Council

The South Carolina Association of
Counties presented the President's Cup--one of its highest
honors--for 2006 to Florence County Council Chairman K.G.
"Rusty" Smith Jr. on August 5th at its 39th annual conference,
held Aug. 3-6. The President's Cup is presented each year
to the county official who, during the past year has merited
special recognition for their service and assistance to the
SCAC's president.
