Florence County Parks & Recreation offers volleyball for ages 8-14. Johnsonville is the only league that offers Volleyball for girls. Players are zoned to play at the various parks according to which boundary their physical address is included. Approximately 50 players participate in volleyball each fall for Florence County. The registration fee is $35 per participant before the late fee.

Our volleyball leagues participate in South Carolina Athletic Programs for all-star tournaments.

All Florence County Volunteers (coaches, board members, team moms) must obtain NAYS certification that is current and up-to-date. Florence County Parks and Recreation offers 3 free clinics each year that is offered to prospective first-time coaches that also pays for one year’s worth of NAYS certification.
