Here are the initial members of the Florence County EMS Special Operations Team. Working under the direction of Assistant Director/Operations Coordinator David Tebalt, they are (from left to right by row) Richie Wiggins, Jeff Connors, Tim Hoffman, David McGlothlin, Aaron Mobley, Neal Jones, Jamie Renfroe, Linda Reynolds, Supply/Logistics Chip Culbertson, Tessie Lyon, Nicki Anderson, Special Operations Coordinator Ron Cain. Absent: Stiver Powell All of the roles the SpecOPS team will perform have yet to be decided. Some that they will work in are, covering special events so that active duty units remain available, covering long duration special events, prolonged scene time rehab for fire and rescue support personnel, support of tactical operations related to domestic or foreign acts of violence or destruction
