Medic Two is a 1998 Ford Diesel F-350 XLT Superduty Chassis manufactured by Wheeled Coach for the 1999 product year. It is a Type I module with a strobe package all around, and Eurocab styling. It features vertical backboard storage, and interior/exterior access to the compartment used for walk-in equipment.

Florence County EMS Medic Two is stationed at the Headquarters of EMS, on 527 S. Church Street, Florence. The present Station Supervisor is Lt. Shawn Bazen. This is a 24 hour full time ALS unit. It responds to calls mainly in the metropolitan area of the city of Florence, and suburban areas to the north and south of the city. Florence City Fire Department accompanies this unit in a first responder role on all calls. This unit is also responsible for a portion of I-95, and works with the Florence Rescue Squad and Howe Springs Fire and Rescue as first responder agencies in their respective service areas.
