Medic Four is a 1996 Ford Diesel F-350 XLT Superduty Chassis remanufactured by American Luxury Coach for the 1997 product year. It is a Type I module with a conventional lighting all around, and a high volume fuel tank.

Florence County EMS Medic Four is stationed at 3501 Olanta Highway, Olanta, SC 29114. The present Station Supervisor is vacant.  This is a 24 hour full time ALS unit. It responds to calls mainly in the suburban areas to the lower west side of the county. Olanta Fire Department, and South Lynches Fire and Rescue respond as first responder agencies in their respective service areas. This unit also assists Timmonsville Rescue Squad as needed.
