Major David Tebalt, Assistant Director, was selected as the Jack Niles EMS Educator of the Year at the recent South Carolina EMS Symposium. Major Tebalt is a senior employee, having worked at Florence County EMS for 26 years. In addition to his duties as Assistant Director, he assists with our in-house inservice training program.

He is also an affiliate instructor with Pee Dee Regional EMS, and is certifed as a BLS Instructor, ACLS Instructor, BTLS Instructor, PPLS Instructor, PEPP Instructor, PALS Instructor, EMT-I Instructor, and EMT-P Instructor.
