FCEMS Headquarters, October 21, 2002

Today, Colonel Gary Horn, Major David Tebalt, and Captain Chuck Haines returned from the National Fire Academy (NFA) in Emmitburg, Maryland, following two different two week courses. Colonel Horn, the FCEMS Director, attended Financial Managment in EMS. Major Tebalt and Captain Haines attended a course in Advanced Leadership Issues in EMS (ALIEMS). All of these follow prior courses attended by these personnel at NFA. 

With the completion of this course, Colonel Horn has finished all the administrative and operational curriculum routinely offered to EMS by the NFA. Major Tebalt and Captain Haines have completed approximately half.
