On April 19, 2001 FCEMS performed testing for potential new employees. This was a skills and knowledge based assessment, to determine if the applicants meet our high standards. A written test is also required. Testing was done by the Professional Standards Officer, along with other Supervisors and full-time employees.
	Here Tommy Jones leads an applicant to a scene as a scenario is described.
Tommy talks the applicant through the scenario, giving answers to questions asked about the patients condition. All others evaluating stay behind the photographer, so they will not distract the applicant.
	Here the applicant is forced to remove the patient from a scene that is immediately hazardous to their health.
The scenario is ending, and it is time to take the equipment back in for the next applicant.
